Utricularia kamienskii is a terrestrial bladderwort endemic to the Top End of the Northern Territory.

The blooms of the species feature a lower corolla lip that is deeply divided into 3 lobes. The palate features a set of yellow ridges flanked by a few white ridges. The upper corolla lip is long and notched or shallowly divided into 2 lobes. The spur is long and thrust backwards at an obtuse angle to the lower corolla lip.

U. kamienskii grows in waterlogged and sandy substrates in seasonally flooded grassplains and seepage areas across the Top End. Within its range, the three-lobed petal and obtuse-angled spur distinguish it from all other species. It is closely related to U. georgii, which has a similar floral morphology but is restricted to Western Australia.
